I earned 110 points for my workout on Fitocracy!
Vertical Pull +31 pts
- 20 reps (+18 pts)
- 15 reps (+13 pts)
Horizontal Pull +39 pts
- 10 reps (+13 pts)
- 10 reps (+13 pts)
- 10 reps (+13 pts)
- Wider grip feels better, more complete ROM, and feels like it’s easier on my neck somehow.
Body Weight Jackknife Squat +40 pts
- 20 reps (+7 pts)
- 15 reps (+5 pts)
- 40 reps (+14 pts)
- 40 reps (+14 pts)
- Nixed the last set because my left Achilles was complaining. That last set for the Progression standard isn’t going anywhere. It’ll still be there next time.
